		Client Testimonials Joseph & Mary Lynn Blue Bell, PA Dinner Party for 16 In December 4, 2004 I was planning a surprise 40th Birthday party for my wife. I decided to use the services of Rent Your Chef, and as a result, the evening will be one that my wife never forgets. Upon arrival Michael and Lori were warm, inviting, and as accommodating as can be. Within the first 15 minutes I felt like I have known them my whole life. During dinner preparation there presence was felt in a way that you knew the evening would be special. They just did not come in your house and take over, but were very conversational while preparing for the evening and it made me feel like I made the right choice all along. They have this ability to build trust in you within the first 30 minutes. Appetizers were first served and were just obnoxiously tremendous. My friends and family still speak of the wonderful crab cakes Michaela prepared that evening. I wish I could have him make them for me and my wife every week or at least sold them on the market!! Dinner was prepared to everyone satisfaction. My brother-in law commented how the filet was delicious and you could cut it with a butter knife, (which he did by the way!!) Michael's presentation of the food and the quality of the food was outstanding. We felt like we were in a five star restaurant all along. I think one of the biggest surprises was the job Michael and Lori did afterwards. They cleaned the entire kitchen (plates and all) which was no small task as we had 16 people for dinner that evening. That is a lot of glasses and dishes and it took a great burden off of my wife and I at the end of the night. For that we are truly grateful. The evening was special, the food was fabulous and I can't wait for my next event where I have an opportunity to call Rent Your Chef!!!
