		Chef Michael has over a decade of experience in a variety of kitchens, from hotels and catering to fine dining establishments throughout the Central Pennsylvania region. Promoted through the ranks at the Eutaw House Restaurant, he diversified his experience and contributed to developing his creative techniques. His style can best be described as authentic continental gourmet with strong influences on innovative French cuisine. Chef Michael's formal training includes high honors from Essex College in Baltimore, where he gained hands-on culinary training from chef instructors trained at world renowned culinary institutes. Chef Michael's highest achievement was catering for the famous Forbes family private jet, whose guest list included former Presidents Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev and actress Elizabeth Taylor to name a few. Michael is a member of the USPCA, a National organization dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards throughout the Personal Chef industry. With a steady client base, and media recognition, Chef Michael’s dynamic business has become a recognized landmark in the Philadelphia Suburban culinary scene.
